I’m going to make this one short and sweet. Festival season is in full swing in North America and one question I consistently get asked is “how do we eat well on the road?”
Farmers markets are the go to for me. It’s amazingly affordable, it’s incredibly high quality food and you support local, family owned businesses in their effort to supply the world with quite literally the fruits of their labour.
